​I take a person-centered, eclectic approach to treatment, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models to tailor care to each client's unique needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Some common methods I incorporate include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and internal family systems therapy (IFS). I'm also trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to support perinatal women. As a therapist, I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge to better meet clients where they are and customize treatment to support their individual journeys.
